We want you to love your glow, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your Milk Makeup purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

Pack It Up

Securely pack your items in the original mailer or any sturdy box and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.

Ship and Refund

Drop your package off at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
